Mobile App Testing Excellence

The Story Behind Kelnixa Falxar

From a cramped apartment debugging session to becoming New Bedford's trusted mobile app testing partner — here's how we learned that every bug tells a story, and every fix builds better digital experiences.

The Beginning

Late Nights and Broken Apps

It started with Minerva Clottwright pulling all-nighters in her New Bedford apartment, helping local startups figure out why their apps kept crashing on certain Android devices. Back then, she was juggling a day job while debugging apps on weekends — armed with nothing but a collection of old phones and stubborn determination.

"I remember testing this food delivery app that would freeze every time someone tried to order pizza after 9 PM. Took me three days to realize it was a timezone calculation bug. That's when I knew there was real demand for thorough mobile testing."

Growing Pains

When Everything Almost Fell Apart

By 2022, we'd moved into our first real office space and landed several bigger clients. But growth brought challenges we weren't prepared for. A major retail client's app launch went sideways because we missed a critical payment gateway bug on iOS 15.4. It was a wake-up call that taught us the difference between being good at testing and being systematically excellent at it.

That failure led us to completely rebuild our testing protocols. We invested in better automation tools, expanded our device lab, and — most importantly — learned to ask the uncomfortable questions that prevent disasters before they happen.

Finding Our Rhythm

The Year We Finally Got It Right

2024 was when everything clicked. We'd learned from our mistakes, refined our processes, and built a reputation for catching the bugs that other testing services miss. More importantly, we started working with clients who understood that good testing isn't just about finding problems — it's about preventing them from reaching users in the first place.

We began specializing in complex integrations, especially cryptocurrency and financial apps that needed to work flawlessly with platforms like Koinly for tax reporting. These projects taught us that attention to detail isn't optional — it's what separates functional software from truly reliable software.

Where We're Heading in 2025

This year, we're focusing on what we do best — comprehensive mobile app testing that actually prevents problems instead of just documenting them. We're not trying to be everything to everyone. Instead, we're doubling down on the detailed, methodical approach that helps our clients ship apps they can be proud of.

Specialized Expertise in Financial App Integration

We've developed particular expertise in testing apps that integrate with financial platforms like Koinly. These integrations require precise data handling and flawless user experience because mistakes aren't just inconvenient — they can cost users real money. This specialized knowledge helps us catch edge cases that generic testing approaches often miss.
